We can clean your rug right in your home, but this is a surface clean only. We cannot perform odor elimination or a deep clean on-site, because doing so would risk damaging the subfloor underneath — usually your hardwood floors. In-home cleaning is best for a light refresh between deep cleanings.
2. Pickup & Delivery — Full-Immersion Deep Cleaning (Recommended)
For a true deep clean, we pick the rug up for you. We come to your home and safely remove the rug — no matter how big or heavy — and transport it to our facility, where it goes through our complete restoration process. This is the only way to fully flush out embedded soil and odor without harming your floors.

- Pickup & inspection. We collect the rug and inspect its condition, fiber type, and any problem areas.
- Dusting. We remove the pounds of dry soil trapped deep in the foundation that vacuuming can never reach.
- Color & colorfastness testing. We test the dyes first to prevent bleeding or running during washing.
